The partnership – through investment by the FedEx Innovation Lab (FIL) – will create an end-to-end digitalised fulfillment and return solution. It aims to enhance operational efficiency through optimal inventory management and delivery. As a result of the tie-up, FedEx’s e-commerce customers will now be able to access to Floship’s global network of warehouses and logistics platform capabilities to streamline their e-commerce fulfillment operations. On the other hand, Floship’s customers will be able to leverage FedEx global networks and all of its transportation options to optimise their operations. FedEx and Floship partnership to yield multiple benefits Additionally, the companies’ cross-border e-commerce customers in Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa, Europe, and North America will gain access to enhanced fulfillment, last-mile delivery, as well as hassle-free returns.
