Etihad, Emirates launch September sales for flights from UAE

Etihad Airways has announced a major fare sale for September.

The Abu Dhabi-based airline has announced it is offering reduced fares for more than 50 destinations as part of its September global sale.

The sale lasts until September 12. The fares are for flights between September 15 and June 30, 2020.

Among the fares include economy flights from Abu Dhabi to London for Dhs2,313, Abu Dhabi to Cairo for Dhs1,353, Abu Dhabi to Barcelona for Dhs2,531, and Abu Dhabi to Seoul for Dhs3,193.

The sale from Etihad, the UAE’s national carrier, also extends to business seats. The airline is offering business class flights from Abu Dhabi to London for Dhs11,409, Abu Dhabi to New York for Dhs16,909, and Abu Dhabi to Amman, Jordan for Dhs4,379.

Etihad’s fare sale comes after Dubai-based Emirates also announced that it is offering discounted fares, valid for the same travel dates of September 15 to June 30, 2020.

Emirates Holidays, the tour operating arm of Emirates, is also offering discounts on trips at present. Travellers can enjoy 10 per cent off any holiday packages between September 28 and March 31, 2020. The deal ends September 11.
