The airline will increase its flights to 28 per week, effective October 29, it announced on Thursday. Flight EK921 will operate daily, departing from Dubai at 12pm to arrive at Cairo International Airport at 2.15pm. The return service EK922 will depart from Cairo at 4.15pm to arrive at 9.45pm in Dubai. Flight EK925, Emirates’ third A380 service to Cairo, will depart Dubai at 8.40pm, landing at 10.55pm. The return EK926 flight will then depart Cairo, the following day at 12.40am to arrive in Dubai at 6.10am. Emirates started operations to Cairo in April 1986 with three-weekly flights. The carrier has since carried 9.6 million passengers to and from the Egyptian capital. Cairo has the highest deployment of Emirates A380 services in the MENA region, outside of Dubai. The airline currently deploys its A380 to 41 destinations worldwide.
