Emirates Airline, Condor commence interline partnership

The interline agreement with Condor boosts Emirates’ partner-airlines network to 30 codeshare and 121 interline partners

Emirates and Condor have begun a reciprocal interline agreement. The deal, signed at Dubai Airshow, will provide customers connectivity to 70 routes operated by the airlines across Europe, Africa, Asia, Australasia and the Middle East, with a single ticket fare.

The new alliance will increase the Dubai-based airline’s footprint in Europe by another 57 points through its four gateways in Germany.

The two airlines also signed a frequent flyer programme agreement, which gives Emirates Skywards members a chance to earn and redeem Miles on all Condor-operated flights.

Better connectivity for Emirates and Condor passengers

Starting from November 14, The Dubai-based airline’s passengers will have access to European and Caribbean cities, including 24 regional points via Frankfurt, 12 regional points via Dusseldorf, nine regional points via Hamburg and 12 regional points via Munich. Customers can also visit Malaga, Ibiza, Cancun and Havana,

The interline agreement will also provide Condor customers access to the Dubai-based carrier’s flights between Frankfurt and Dubai, as well as beyond Dubai to 12 points across Asia, Australasia, Africa and the Middle East including Auckland, Bangkok, Male, Muscat and Mauritius, among others.

In other news, in September, Emirates announced a major expansion in its codeshare partnership with United, to include nine destinations in Mexico.
