Emirates adds second daily flight from Dubai to Bahrain starting September 20

EK837 will depart from Dubai at 9.45am and arrive in Bahrain at 10am

Dubai carrier Emirates has added a second daily flight from the UAE to Bahrain, it confirmed in a statement issued on Saturday, September 29.

The new flight will begin operating from September 20 and will be serviced by a Boeing 777-300ER.

EK837 will depart from Dubai at 9.45am and arrive in Bahrain at 10am.

EK838 meanwhile will depart from Bahrain at 11.30 and arrive in Dubai at 1.55pm.

This is in addition to the existing EK839 that departs from Dubai at 4.10pm and arrives in Bahrain at 4.30pm, and EK840 that departs Bahrain at 5.50pm and arrives in Dubai at 8pm.

The airline said that tickets for these flights can be booked on its website or through travel agents too.

The airline added that Covid-19 PCR tests are mandatory for all inbound and transit passengers arriving to Dubai (and the UAE), including UAE citizens, residents and tourists, irrespective of the country they are coming from.

Emirates has resumed flights to over 85 destinations worldwide.
