Sustainably designed, Dubai Hills Estate is a master development from Emaar. The 2,700-acre multi-purpose development is part of Mohammed Bin Rashid City, which is situated between Downtown Dubai and Dubai Marina.

The two-level mall, spread over a gross leasable area of 2 million sq ft, features outlets offering a selection of retail, dining and entertainment concepts.

Visitors will now have access to Roxy Cinemas and the Adventure Park. The Storm Coaster, a roller coaster experience located within the mall, is slated to be a popular draw for thrill seekers.

The first-of-its kind, indoor roller coaster features a modern and immersive preshow experience, which places guests in the exciting world of storm chasing. It offers an action-packed experience for riders comprising a vertical launch, speed changes, a sharp drop and sudden acceleration.

Additionally, the attraction comprises three trains, each with a capacity of 12 riders, that runs simultaneously and is a multi-vehicle inversion coaster which wraps around the entire building it’s housed in.

In order to experience this adventure, riders must be at least 130cm in height. Blending real-world footage with cinematic special effects, guests will be plunged into the heart of an epic mega-storm.
