Emaar Hospitality, the hospitality arm of Emaar Group, has announced the opening of a new lifestyle boutique hotel, Manzil Downtown Dubai.
Located in Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard, the hotel will be managed by Vida Hotels and Resorts.
Manzil Downtown Dubai will have 155 standard king rooms, 56 twin rooms and eight Burj View suites with a balcony, in an Arabian cultural style.
The hotel will feature The Courtyard, an area for social interaction, and an all–day dining restaurant, Boulevard Kitchen, serving food from across the Middle East.
Guests will also have access to the sports hub Nezesaussi, an acronym for New Zealand, South Africa and Australia describing the food from the three countries it will serve, as well as Fümé, a 200-seat restaurant slated to open in the first half of this year.
Manzil Downtown Dubai’s other leisure amenities include an outdoor swimming pool and a gym.
“Arabian hospitality is truly unparalleled and serves as the fundamental growth driver of Dubai’s tourism sector,” said Philippe Zuber, COO, Emaar Hospitality Group.
“With Manzil, born and bred in Dubai, we are integrating our region’s cultural ethos with the convenience and comfort of modernity to offer distinctive value.”
