The launch of the project comes after Collective, the first co-living community in Dubai Hills Estate, was sold-out, a statement said. The new project will feature one and two bedroom apartments, with prices starting from Dhs664,888. The ground floor will serve as a lounge, with an informal concierge service. The co-living community also includes work spaces, relaxation areas and an entertainment zone. Amenities offered include open courtyards, barbeque areas, two swimming pools, a mini theatre and library. Located alongside Rove Hotel and Business Park, Collective 2.0 residents will also have access to the Dubai Hills Boulevard, featuring retail outlets; the Dubai Hills Park, and the Dubai Hills Mall, with over 650 retail and F&B outlets. Collective 2.0 will be launched for sale on October 25, 2018. Dubai Hills Estate, a joint venture project between Emaar and Meraas Holding, is part of the first phase of the Mohammed bin Rashid City. Located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, the development will have a total green area of over 2.2 million sqm that includes a championship golf course and a central park spread over about 180,000 sqm. Surrounding the golf course will be over 4,400 villas and townhouses and some 22,000 apartments. The development also has a mall and community retail areas, schools, tennis and sports centres and a boulevard of about 7km with leisure, retail and F&B choices.
