Home UAE Dubai Emaar Launches New Palma Villas In Dubai’s Arabian Ranches The Spanish-styled villas are part of a massive extension plan of Emaar’s Arabian Ranches community. by Aarti Nagraj September 23, 2013 Property developer Emaar has launched Palma, a new development featuring Spanish-inspired villas in its Arabian Ranches community in Dubai. The new development will feature 121 villas, available in four designs, all based on Spanish architecture. Emaar will open online registration for the new units on September 25, and sales will be held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on September 28. With a landscaped park, recreation facilities and a play area, Palma is the newest addition to the extended masterplan of Arabian Ranches, which will also feature a new retail and community centre, health and fitness facilities, cycle trails, a day care centre, mosque, schools, and dining options. In November last year, Emaar also launched Casa, a Moroccan style villa development as part of the Arabian Ranches extension plan. Casa features six types of Moroccan-styled three and four bedroom villas, a health club, a recreation centre and F&B outlets. Emaar has launched and sold several new properties in the last year, reflecting the growth in Dubai’s real estate market. New projects this year include Dubai Hills Estate – the first phase of the Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City) along with Meraas Holding; serviced residences complex The Address Residence Fountain Views I, II and III; The Address Residence Sky View and Burj Vista. Emaar also unveiled Mira townhouses in Reem and The Hills, a premium residential project within Emirates Living. 0 Comments
