Normal work operations will resume on Monday, April 15. This declaration translates into a nine-day long holiday combining the weekend of April 6-7 into the break period. Private sector holiday While the holiday dates for the private sector are yet to be announced, the UAE government has mandated an equal number of public holidays for both – federal and private sector employees. With the official holiday dates now confirmed, private sector workers can eagerly anticipate a well-deserved break before returning to work on April 15, 2024.
