The new service station is located in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), one of DMCC’s premier mixed-use developments. It is strategically positioned to serve the bustling areas of Jumeirah Park, Jumeirah Islands, and the upcoming Uptown Dubai district, further cementing ENOC’s retail expansion plans for 2025–2026. A strategic step in expanding infrastructure The partnership highlights both ENOC‘s and DMCC’s commitment to enhancing community infrastructure. As part of its broader retail expansion, ENOC aims to strengthen its presence in key locations across Dubai, while DMCC continues to focus on improving the quality of life within its community. Ahmed Bin Sulayem, executive chairman and CEO of DMCC, said: “The delivery of the first petrol station in Jumeirah Lakes Towers marks a significant milestone in our ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of life within our community. “Equipped with sustainable technology, comprehensive fuelling options, and a variety of amenities, this station is set to serve JLT, Uptown Dubai, and the wider area with convenience and efficiency. We are excited to partner with ENOC in delivering modern, forward-thinking services that meet the evolving needs of our vibrant district.” The new service station will span a 50,187 ft² plot with a built-up area of 5,920 ft². It will be equipped with the latest sustainable technology, including conventional fuelling services, a drive-thru shop, and various amenities designed to meet the needs of the growing communities in JLT and Uptown Dubai.
