Home Transport Aviation Dubai’s Emirates revamps amenity kits in first and business class The airline has partnered with Byredo skincare, Bowers & Wilkins and Bulgari for latest amenities by Aarti Nagraj August 9, 2018 Dubai airline Emirates has revamped its amenity kits in first and business class with new luxury products, it announced on Thursday. The airline has partnered with Swedish luxury brand Byredo skincare, Bowers & Wilkins and Bulgari for the new products. The Byredo travel wellness kit – with allergen-free and chamomile collections exclusively created for Emirates – will be available in all first class suites. The collection was first introduced in Emirates’ new fully enclosed suites on the Boeing 777 last year and is now being rolled out across the fleet. Products in the kit include a cleansing face towelette, facial toner, eye cream, chamomile roll-on sleep oil and a chamomile pillow mist spray. The kits are paired with a faux leather notebook and branded pen. Meanwhile Emirates partner Bulgari has also unveiled new designs of the airline’s exclusive kit bags. The new set of amenity kits for both first and business class feature Bulgari’s Eau Parfumée Au Thé Vert (Green Tea) fragrance and contain skincare essentials. The first class kit bags, made from faux leather, come in eight designs with a new range of colours for men and women. Eight additional designs are also available in business class – four for men and four for women. The amenity kits are available on long-haul overnight flights and designs are refreshed every nine months. The bags have been designed for multipurpose uses after the flight to store headphones, make up or jewellery, a statement said. In addition to the Bulgari amenity kits, first class passengers will also be given Hydra Active moisturising sleep suits on long haul overnight flights. Emirates also announced that it has teamed up with Bowers & Wilkins to introduce noise cancelling E1 headphones in first class. The headphones are lightweight and made of aluminium and sheepskin leather, and were created exclusively for Emirates using a “unique hybrid noise cancellation technology”, the statement said. Last year the airline also revealed a multi-million dollar revamp of its A380 onboard lounge.
