Home UAE Dubai Dubai’s Emirates operates daily flights to Amman The carrier will scale flights to 12 per week, starting May 9 by Zainab Mansoor March 29, 2021 Dubai carrier Emirates now operates daily flights to the Jordanian capital of Amman, while it intends to boost flights to 12 per week from May 9. Its first A380 daily service landed yesterday at Queen Alia International Airport. Customers can fly the Emirates A380 from Dubai to Amman on flight EK 903 which departs Dubai at 2.05pm and arrives in Amman at 4pm local time. The return flight, EK 904, departs Amman at 6pm and arrives in Dubai at 10pm local time. Emirates flight EK 905 departs from Dubai at 10.10pm and arrives in Amman at 12.15am the next day. The return flight, EK 906, departs Amman at 2.05am and arrives in Dubai at 6.05am local time. Emirates will also boost its weekly frequencies between Dubai and Amman to 12 flights with additional services on the EK 905/906, helping travellers benefit from an expanded schedule. From July 1, the airline will offer double daily services to and from Amman. Tickets can be booked on the carrier’s website, app or via its sales offices, and travel agents. Emirates has resumed operations to more than 90 destinations within its global network. Customers who purchase an Emirates ticket for travel on or before September 30, 2021, can enjoy rebooking terms and options, if they have to change their travel plans. Customers have options to change their travel dates or extend their ticket validity for 2 years. Emirates customers who require a Covid-19 PCR test certificate prior to departure from Dubai, can avail of special rates at clinics across Dubai by presenting their ticket or boarding pass. In December 2020, Emirates launched its premium economy offering on its new Airbus A380, which offers 56 seats in a 2-4-2 cabin layout. Its premium economy offers 40-inches of leg space, with a seat that is 19.5 inches wide and reclines 8 inches. The economy class seats are also similar to those installed on the airline’s latest Boeing 777-300ER.
