Dubai developer Emaar has started construction on Arabian Ranches III project, it announced on Tuesday.

The project is an extension of Emaar’s Arabian Ranches development, with its first two communities – Sun and Joy – sold out.

Featuring three and four-bedroom townhouses, Arabian Ranches III will have a central park spanning an area of over 30,000 square metres, a 4km long boulevard, a lazy river, a clubhouse, a cinema, a retail area and community parks with play areas for children.

The park will feature a central plaza, lawns, adventure zones, a parkour course, a skate park, barbeque areas, a gymnasium, jogging tracks and a cricket pitch.

Once complete, Arabian Ranches III will also offer a direct connection to the 86-kilometre long Al Qudra cycling track.

Residents can also access the facilities at the Arabian Ranches golf course and the Dubai Polo and Equestrian club.

As per the Dubai Metro masterplan, the Global Village metro station will be located across the road from Arabian Ranches III with a pedestrian link for direct community access.

Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing Director of Emaar Properties, said:”We are thrilled to commence construction on this remarkable new extension of our highly successful Arabian Ranches. We will soon be announcing a new opportunity for investors.”
