The 29-storey tower comprises 456 apartments, a swimming pool, health club and a play area. Apartment sizes range from studios to three-bedroom units with each featuring a modular kitchen and a sofa that converts into a bed. Prices start from Dhs6,490 a month under the company’s payment plan. “We are pleased to announce the launch of our latest project ‘Bayz’. This is the first time we have chosen Business Bay as our location and through the launch of this project we aim to redefine the concept of affordable luxury housing in Dubai,” said Rizwan Sajan, chairman and founder of Danube Group. “I am confident that investors will be pleased with our latest offerings especially because of the prime location and the price they can now buy homes.” Danube has launched eight projects to date and is scheduled to handover its first, Dreamz, soon. However, it has provided little information as to the exact handover date since announcing the Dhs400m ($109m) Miraclz tower in November.
