Damac Properties has announced the launch of The Trump Estates, its latest project in Dubai.

Located at the heart of Akoya, the real estate firm’s upcoming 28 million sq ft development, the new scheme will house over 100 mansions and sit alongside an 18-hole PGA Championship golf course.

“There is solid confidence back in the Dubai real estate market and Damac Properties have the right luxury products, at the right time, in the right locations for investors,” said Niall McLoughlin, senior vice president at Damac.

“The exclusive launch of the Trump Estates reaffirms that quality and luxury will always shine through and there is strong demand at the very top-end of the market, for unique, refined living experiences.”

The Dubai property market has seen a strong resurgence over the past two years, with pricing rising in excess of 40 per cent over the past 12 months according to the latest figures from property management company, Asteco.

“The Trump Estates offer a lifestyle for only the most discerning of buyers,” said Donald Trump, chairman and president of The Trump Organisation.

“Coupled with one of the greatest golf courses in the world, Trump International Golf Club, Dubai which is currently under construction, there will be nothing like The Trump Estates.”

Damac is to announce its latest project offerings during Cityscape Global, taking place later this week.
