Dubai To Home New Fifa Approved Football Complex

The new facilities will include outdoor pitches and four indoor, air-conditioned pitches.

Dubai is set to home a new Fifa-approved football complex by the end of 2015, Dubai Properties Group (DPG) has announced.

The new facilities, which will include indoor and outdoor pitches, will be based in Dubailand – a destination managed by DPG, which already counts Dubai Sports City and Arabian Ranches Polo Club in its portfolio.

The complex will house four indoor, air-conditioned football pitches, equipped with Fifa-approved artificial grass and seating for fans.

A plot of land near Al Barsha South 3, measuring 107,639 square feet has been allocated for its construction, which will have additional outdoor pitches and ‘gaming zones’.

The project will be assisted by Corner General Trading, a sports project investment company.
