Dubai Marina metro station renamed Sobha Realty

The Roads and Transport Authority made the announcement on Monday

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) announced that the Dubai Marina metro station has been renamed Sobha Realty.

The naming rights have been acquired by Sobha Real Estate. Recently, two other metro stations were renamed – Al Rashidiya and Al Jafiliya stations changed to Centrepoint and Max Fashion respectively.

Ibrahim Al-Haddad, director of commercial and investment affairs in the strategy and corporate governance sector at the authority, expressed his pleasure to sign this agreement, describing it as an important step towards establishing a fruitful and long-term commercial relationship between the RTA and Sobha Real Estate.
