Our projects, ranging from critical infrastructure to community developments and operation and maintenance contracts, have significantly contributed to the city’s growth and development. Can you discuss the innovations and challenges in implementing the Intelligent Transportation System for Riyadh City? The ITS for Riyadh City is a transformative project aimed at modernising urban mobility through AI-powered traffic management, real-time passenger information, and an integrated fare collection system. While implementing such advanced systems into existing infrastructure presents challenges, our ability to leverage global expertise and apply local insights has enabled us to deliver outstanding results. How is Qatar’s Lusail City shaping the future of urban development in the region? Lusail City is a testament to sustainable urban development, incorporating advanced infrastructure, smart city technologies, and sustainable practices. This project sets new standards for urban development in the Middle East and the rest of the world. How is Dorsch Global contributing to the Green Riyadh Project, and what impact do you foresee it having? Dorsch Global is a key contributor to the Green Riyadh Project, managing the city’s new Green Nursery and rehabilitating the Diplomatic Quarter Nursery. The project will have a profound impact on Riyadh’s environment by improving air quality, reducing temperatures, and enhancing the overall quality of life for its residents. What are your priorities for Dorsch Global’s growth in the MEAA region, and how do you plan to navigate challenges? Our priorities include expanding our presence in key markets, and focusing on targeted areas like city-scale developments, data centres, smart infrastructure, and special projects. To navigate challenges, we will remain agile, leverage our global collective intelligence, and maintain strong partnerships.
