This collaboration will see the air and travel services provider supporting beOnd in promoting its offerings and services in the UAE. Currently, beOnd operates two routes from Al Maktoum – Dubai World Central (DWC) to Male (MLE) in the Maldives and Zurich (ZRH) in Switzerland. beOnd is one of the few airlines to offer an all-business class service The airline, with its primary hub at Velana International Airport in the Maldives, stands out as one of the few in the world to offer an all-business class service, catering to the increasing demand for premium travel at competitive prices. Additional services such as chauffeur transfers and airport lounge access enhance the overall passenger experience. In the next five years, beOnd aims to expand its network to 60 global destinations, focusing on increasing its presence in Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. To facilitate this growth, dnata Representation Services has been appointed as the airline’s general sales agent (GSA) in the UAE. The dnata team will provide a comprehensive range of travel services for beOnd customers, establishing local infrastructure to enhance sales, marketing, and distribution support. Simon Woodford, VP Global Air Services at dnata Travel Group, said: “Across dnata Travel Group brands, we continue to see increased demand for business and first-class travel from the UAE. We are delighted to partner with beOnd, as the airline’s premium offering enhances connectivity from Dubai to popular leisure travel destinations.” Dhaz Hunjan, chief commercial officer of beOnd, emphasised the airline’s commitment to delivering a unique travel experience. “We look forward to establishing the unique, private-jet style experience that beOnd offers travelers from Dubai, working with dnata. With its long track record of local excellence, dnata understands our vision to deliver a luxury experience unlike any other between the UAE and the Maldives, and beyond.” The airline currently operates four flights per week from Dubai to the Maldives and two flights weekly to Zurich, with return fares starting at Dhs7,429 to Male and Dhs8,100 to Zurich. Travellers can expect a business class-only cabin featuring all-lie-flat seats, gourmet dining, and luxurious amenities.
