Home Transport Aviation DC Aviation Al-Futtaim adds Global 7500 to its managed fleet The new aircraft will be based at DCAF’s home base at Al Maktoum International Airport by Gulf Business January 10, 2023 DC Aviation Al-Futtaim (DCAF) has added a Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft to its managed fleet. DCAF will operate and manage the new aircraft on behalf of its private owner. This brings the total number of aircraft under management to nine. The new aircraft will be based at DCAF’s home base at Al Maktoum International Airport. With the management contract, DCAF will provide Flight Operational Aircraft Management, Continuous Airworthiness Management Organization, hangar parking, and FBO management services at Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as aircraft maintenance services. “This year as we celebrate our 10th anniversary, we are extremely pleased to have grown our managed fleet with the addition of the Global 7500,” Holger Ostheimer, managing director of DC Aviation Al-Futtaim. “The addition of this new aircraft is a strong testament to our ability to offer our customers the highest level of service further reaffirming our resolve to put the customer at the forefront of everything that we do.” The Global 7500 can fly a 7,700 nautical mile range with a top speed of Mach 0.925 and exceptional short-field performance. It is the only business jet large enough to accommodate four true living spaces, a dedicated crew suite and a kitchen.
