Covid-19 update: UAE reports 3,591 new cases; nearly 2.5m vaccine shots administered
The death toll in the UAE has risen to 798
The UAE has reported a total of 3,591 new infections on January 25, as a result of 140,477 tests conducted to screen for the virus.
The health ministry also confirmed 3,820 recoveries and six deaths in the past 24 hours.
The case count across the country has now risen to 281,546, including 255,304 recoveries and 798 fatalities.

As of January 24, a total of 2,487,784 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine were administered to residents across the country, at a rate of 25.15 doses per 100 people.
