Home Covid-19 Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,921 cases, 1,251 recoveries The nationwide case count has risen to 819,866 by Zainab Mansoor January 21, 2022 The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP) has reported 2,921 Covid-19 cases on January 21. The new infections were detected, following 401,356 tests conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry announced 1,251 recoveries in the last 24 hours as well, raising the recovery count to 765,982. Three deaths due to Covid-19 complications were also reported, increasing the related death toll to 2,207. Meanwhile, the nationwide case count has risen to 819,866.
