Covid-19 update: UAE reports 2,043 cases, 10 deaths

The UAE’s health ministry reported 2,043 Covid-19 cases on March 25.

The infections were detected as a result of 235,564 tests conducted across the country to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also reported 2,200 recoveries in the last 24 hours.  A total of 10 deaths were also confirmed.

A total of 448,637 people across the UAE have contracted the virus, since it was first reported last year. As many as 431,773 people have since recovered.

Meanwhile, 1,466 patients have succumbed to the Covid-19 infection.
