The new infections were detected as a result of 140,051 tests conducted to screen for the virus. The total cases in the country now equal 128,143, including 119,945 recoveries and 1,490 deaths, Times of Oman reported. Bahrain The health ministry reported 168 new Covid-19 infections, out of 10,598 tests conducted on December 21. Out of 10598 COVID-19 tests carried out on 21 December 2020, 168 new cases have been detected among 69 expatriate workers, 83 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 16 are travel related.
