Covid-19: UAE reports 69 cases, 89 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 69 new Covid-19 cases on December 8.

The new infections were reported, after 355,085 tests were conducted to screen for the virus.

The health ministry also announced 89 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 737,570.

The Ministry added that no Covid-19 related death has been recorded in the past 24 hours, and the death toll remained unchanged at 2,149.

Meanwhile, the nationwide case count has now risen to 742,507.
