Serving students from FS1 to Year 13, the expansion brings one of Dubai’s most established British curriculum schools to Town Square, extending its trusted ethos and reputation for excellence to more families across the emirate. To mark the launch, David Baldwin, CEO of Cognita Middle East, and Rashid Al Abbar, GM of Nshama, broke ground at the construction site, signaling the start of development on the Horizon English School Town Square campus. Set to open in August 2027, the school will offer premium British curriculum education for children aged 3 to 18. It will open with classes from FS1 to Year 8 in its first academic year (2027–2028), expanding to Year 13 in the following years. With more than 35 years of history, Horizon English School is one of Dubai’s best-known home-grown schools. Its Jumeirah campus has consistently earned an ‘Outstanding’ rating from both KHDA and BSO and was named the Happiest School in the UAE (2021–2023). The Town Square campus will build on this legacy, offering the same standard of teaching, learning outcomes, and community spirit.
