Dubai’s own clocktower: First look at London Gate’s $545m Franck Muller Aeternitas

An icon is coming to Dubai’s skyline with luxury watchmaker Franck Muller signing a partnership with UAE real estate developer London Gate to build the world’s tallest residential clocktower along the city’s coastline.

Standing tall at 450 metres, and sales value estimated at over Dhs2bn, the record-breaking structure will also be the tallest branded residential tower in the world.

Erol Baliyan, managing director, Franck Muller, expressed his delight at the launch, and said, “It is incredible to launch Franck Muller’s first-ever real estate collaboration in a world-class city like Dubai, known to be one of the most vibrant, luxurious, and developed cities in the world.”

Encompassing 106 floors, the tower will redefine the Dubai skyline and house an exclusive range of residences by London Gate, including the extravagant Sky Mansions, Sky villas and meticulously designed one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
