Cityscape Bahrain set to return in November 2023

Cityscape Bahrain is set to return to the kingdom from November 14 to 16 at the Exhibition World Bahrain. The upcoming real estate and property exhibition is being held under the patronage of Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Bahrain.

The second edition is supported by the Real Estate Regulatory Authority in Bahrain (RERA) reflecting their commitment to bolster the real estate sector in alignment with the National Real Estate Plan 2021-2024, as well as Bahrain’s Economic Vision 2030.

Cityscape showcases Bahrain’s real estate developments

The event will aim to highlight the latest developments in the real estate sector while redefining the boundaries of luxury living. It offers visitors an exclusive and immersive experience while providing them with lucrative investment opportunities.

With 50 exhibitors expected to participate and an anticipated attendance of 10,000 visitors, Cityscape Bahrain is a great networking opportunity, giving businesses and individuals the chance to cultivate valuable relationships within the vibrant real estate sector.

The theme for the upcoming exhibition is “Experience luxury living at Cityscape Bahrain”. It is being held in conjunction with Jewellery Arabia. With a key emphasis on homebuyers, investors, visitors from Jewellery Arabia, consultants, architects, brokers, agents, as well as other real estate professionals, Cityscape Bahrain seeks to showcase an array of exclusive properties, real estate and commercial opportunities, and the pinnacle of luxury living.

Beyond highlighting Bahrain’s latest real estate advancements, the exhibition also presents opportunities for those interested in investment opportunities. The exhibition aims to contribute towards supporting the kingdom’s diversification efforts towards non-oil sectors.

Co-located conferences

Spanning three action-packed days, Cityscape Bahrain 2023 will also feature the second edition of the Cityscape Bahrain Conference under the theme of ‘Sustainability and Digital Transformation in the Real Estate Sector’. The conference will take place from November 15 to 16 at the Exhibition World Bahrain – Grand Hall. This theme aligns with the country’s Economic Vision 2030 – which has sustainable development and digital transformation as fundamental elements.

The events brings together top executives, heads of departments, government officials, architects, consultants, and other esteemed delegates. The conference will serve as a forum for high-level discussions, addressing key challenges within the real estate sector, and exploring concrete initiatives and solutions.

Cityscape Bahrain 2023 is anticipated to be an important milestone that underlines Bahrain’s commitment to the accelerating growth and development of the real estate sector, as well as highlighting the kingdom’s potential as a hub for investment. Participants will have the opportunity to network with industry experts, explore investment opportunities, as well as gathering key insight sustainable real estate practices and digital innovation.

Last year’s successful event welcomed over 10,000 projects with approximately 689 properties sold in just four days at a total value of BHD101m. Additionally, the event featured the launch of seven new real estate projects in the Kingdom.
