Home World Asia-pacific Cebu Pacific Air Gears Up For Dubai Launch Low-cost airline has taken delivery of its second A330 which will be deployed on the the carrier’s first long-haul flight to Dubai from October by Dominic Ellis September 10, 2013 Cebu Pacific Air has taken delivery of its second A330 which will be deployed on the carrier’s first long-haul flight to Dubai from October 7. The 436-seat aircraft will be bedded in on select flights between Cebu and Hong Kong from September 16 to October 4. Daily Manila-Dubai flights will depart Manila at 1640 and arrive in Dubai the same day at 2140. The return leg will leave at 2310 and touch down in Manila at 1140 the following day.
