Home UAE Dubai Bull&Roo to open new 3-level F&B concept in Dubai’s JLT The new retail and F&B concept will open in Jumeirah Lakes Towers Central Park by Q2 2021 by Varun Godinho October 22, 2020 Bull&Roo Hospitality and Investments have signed an agreement with the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre (DMCC) free zone to open a new retail and F&B concept in Jumeirah Lakes Towers (JLT) Central Park by Q2 2021. DMCC has signed a 10-year lease agreement with Bull&Roo on Wednesday for the three-level venue which will include around 12,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space. The ground floor will include a café, bakery and healthy food outlet, in addition to a kids’ playground. The level above it will be a contemporary eatery with a woodfire pizza oven, followed by an alfresco dining option on the rooftop. “The concept that we are designing and building is truly unique. As we look to continue our expansion of inclusive and accessible concepts for Dubai residents to enjoy, we were thrilled to be introduced to the location and surrounding area by DMCC. Bull&Roo always aims to be ahead of the game in terms of trends and food quality and we continue to do this as we expand and develop new projects for the region.” Bull&Roo is the group behind familiar concepts such as Tom&Serg, The Sum Of Us and Common Grounds. The latest agreement with DMCC is the second such agreement between the two entities, the first one being in April 2019 to bring Common Grounds to Almas Tower.
