The pricing for the ‘International Shopping Experience’ from Amazon covers shipping costs inclusive of import fees, with customs clearance managed by Amazon’s couriers. The service is available in Arabic or English on both the Amazon shopping app and the Amazon.ae website. Customers can pay using both local and international debit and credit cards, while customer support is also available in both Arabic and English. Those using the app select ‘United Arab Emirates’ in settings, and customise their language preferences.
