Home Industry Technology Astra Tech’s PayBy receives SVF and RPS licences from Central Bank of UAE The approvals will enable PayBy to provide seamless fintech solutions for Astra tech’s upcoming app by Gulf Business January 5, 2023 Fintech company PayBy, recently acquired by Astra Tech in August 2022, has been licensed by the Central Bank of the UAE to conduct Stored Value Facility (SVF) and Retail Payment Services (RPS) operations. Customers and merchants will be able to secure services such as international money transfers, seamless payment solutions, wallet top-ups, and more on Astra Tech’s upcoming app to be launched in the coming months. Astra Tech’s acquisition of PayBy follows the company’s recent acquisition of Rizek, a platform for on-demand personal and home services.
