Midha, a seasoned business leader with experience across Asia, the US, India, and Singapore, joins Alat from Dell Technologies where he spearheaded growth in the Asia Pacific region. Alat, a company dedicated to advanced manufacturing, aims to be a global leader in electronics and advanced industrials. The semiconductors unit will develop chips in power, perception, and processing segments, crucial for smart devices, medical applications, and factory automation. To fulfill its mandate, Alat plans to partner with leading global corporations, fostering innovation and industry transformation. The initiative emphasises commitment to clean energy and sustainable practices, attracting companies seeking to reduce their carbon footprint and adopt carbon-zero manufacturing. The project underscores Saudi Arabia’s ambitions to diversify its economy beyond oil and gas.
