Home GCC UAE Amazon.ae reveals dates for ‘Ramadan Sale’ The sale will run for ten days, with deals on more than 30 product categories by Zainab Mansoor March 16, 2022 Amazon.ae has announced the Ramadan Sale, which will begin from midnight on March 18 and run until March 27. Customers shopping in the Ramadan Sale on Amazon.ae will have access to thousands of deals, with discounts of up to 50 per cent, and will be able to support local businesses by visiting the ‘Shop Local’ storefront via www.amazon.ae/shoplocal. Prime members on Amazon.ae will also enjoy a 24-hour early access to deals starting from midnight on March 17, with no minimum order for free international shipping from Amazon US and Amazon UK via Amazon Global Store during the sale. Customers who aren’t prime members can sign up for a free 30-day trial on the website to be among the first to shop Ramadan Sale deals. The Ramadan Sale on Amazon.ae will also feature thousands of deals on international brands including Samsung, Philips, Black+Decker, Hugo Boss, and Revlon. Customers in Bahrain and Oman will also be able to shop for a range of deals through the International Shopping Experience. Meanwhile, Mastercard will donate the value of one school meal to the UN World Food Programme for every customer order made using a Mastercard on Amazon.ae during the full month of Ramadan. Ronaldo Mouchawar, vice president for Amazon Middle East and North Africa, said: “Ramadan is one of the most important times of the year for shoppers in the UAE, and we are excited to introduce them to our Ramadan Sale, to help them save both time and money this season. With thousands of exciting deals to pick from, we are confident that Amazon.ae customers will find what they’re looking for, and know our Prime members will enjoy additional benefits such as early access to the sale and free international shipping via Amazon Global Store. “While our Amazon.ae customers save big during the sale, we are also looking forward to enabling meal donations to those in need with Mastercard.” Amazon.ae customers using ADCB cards between March 18-21 and HSBC cards between March 22-27, on Ramadan Sale orders, will get an additional 20 per cent discount on eligible orders up to Dhs100, and zero per cent installments for orders above Dhs500. Prime members will enjoy early access to a range of deals with 25 per cent off on March 17 when using their ADCB cards. Customers shopping on Amazon.ae with FAB’s loyalty programme ‘Shop Smart’, will get the chance to enjoy 10 per cent cashback on their orders throughout the Ramadan sale.
