Dubai-based premier ultra-luxury property development firm, Amali Properties has unveiled Amali Island.

The exclusive enclave of 24 beachfront villas is the first offering from the firm founded by siblings Ali and Amira Sajwani.

Nestled on The World Islands off the coast of Dubai, Amali Island’s premium villas feature seven distinct architectural styles, offering panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah and the emirate’s stunning skyline.

“We are proud to unveil Amali Island as a testament to our dedication to redefining luxury living in Dubai,” explained Ali Sajwani, the CEO of Amali. “Through attention to detail and partnership with the award-winning members of our atelier, we aim to create an exclusive haven where residents can indulge in unbridled waterfront luxury that feels like coming home to a holiday.”

Spanning a total area of 1,200,000 square feet and connecting Uruguay and São Paolo islands, each of the beachfront villas in the master-planned community offers up to 50 metres of exclusive beachfront access.

The villas, designed by ELASTIC architects, allow residents to tailor their homes to their individual tastes and preferences.

Inspired by the resilience and adaptability of the Ombu tree of Uruguay, the villas feature two key architectural approaches: Minima and Grande.

The interiors, conceptualised by HBA Residential, offer two distinct themes: Ultra and Terra to further enhance the luxurious living experience.

The ‘crown jewel’ of the island, Villa Avatea features water channels and lush landscaping and is located on a private islet connected to the island, offering residents privacy.

Amali Villas feature top-of-the-line amenities

From rooftop terraces, outdoor firepits and private berths to teppanyaki bars, jacuzzis and pools, every detail has been carefully curated in the development.

Residents of Amali Island also have exclusive access to a 10,000 square feet clubhouse, spa and gym.

The clubhouse also features a gourmet restaurant, swim-up bar, cigar lounge, saltwater pools and yoga decks.

Other amenities include a floating helipad and floating padel court.

“Amali Island represents our commitment to crafting a truly unique living experience,” said Amira Sajwani.

“With its innovative design inspired by nature, this project reflects our vision of harmonising ultra luxury living just minutes from mainland Dubai,” she added.

The siblings, who have inherited their entrepreneurial spirit from their father, Hussain Sajwani, founder and chairman of DAMAC Group, say they aim to redefine the narrative of ultra-luxurious real estate in Dubai with Amali.
