Home UAE Abu Dhabi Aldar unveils Manarat Living on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi Apartments are available for purchase from February 9 by Gulf Business February 6, 2023 Aldar Properties has launched Manarat Living, a boutique residential complex, located in Abu Dhabi’s cultural area on Saadiyat Island. The development will have 273 residences nearby the cultural hub Manarat Al Saadiyat. The area is close to beaches, a vibrant dining and nightlife in the form of Mamsha Al Saadiyat and Soul Beach, five world-class museums, the Abrahamic Family House, and Cranleigh, one of Abu Dhabi’s top schools. Manarat Living is the first project to be on the market as part of Aldar’s design-led urban collection; the company’s new boutique living concept, which will introduce a variety of communities to prime neighbourhoods of Abu Dhabi at a more reasonable price point. Design and layout of Manarat Living residences The development features a dynamic urban aesthetic. Residents at Manarat Living will have access to an art studio, yoga breakout areas, and a zen garden, as well as bespoke design elements and colour palettes in their apartments. The units are available in studio, one- and two-bedroom layouts, as well as two-bedroom apartments with maid’s rooms. Buyers have a choice of two colour schemes for their homes. Prices for studios start from Dhs634,000, one-beds from Dhs1.28m, two-beds from Dhs1.95m and two-beds plus maid’s room from Dhs2.45m. Apartments are available for purchase from February 9. Residents will also be able to indulge in all the island has to offer, including Saadiyat Grove, luxury beach resorts, world famous museums, and top education institutions, such as Berklee School of Music, and Cranleigh school. The development’s unique location makes it an attractive proposition for first-time homeowners, as well as expatriate and international investors. Construction of Manarat Living is due to begin in Q3 2023, with handovers expected to commence in Q1 2026. The landmark agreement, marks Aldar’s entry into Dubai’s real estate market, as part of the company’s broader expansion into new markets. The move bolsters Aldar’s development pipeline, following the recent acquisitions of Al Fahid Island in Abu Dhabi and a new waterfront development in Ras Al Khaimah.
