Athlon will offer residents a dynamic programme of activities curated by wellness experts and world-class amenities. Developed in collaboration with Dubai Holding, Athlon represents the joint venture’s second residential project in Dubai, following the success of Haven by Aldar, launched in late 2023. Haven is positioned as a community rooted in ‘nature and wellness’. Aldar Athlon: Focused on activity and wellbeing Located adjacent to Global Village, Athlon boasts a lush and luxurious setting marked by interconnected green spaces, athletic zones, and vibrant parks. Inspired by the Greek word for ‘place of contest,’ the development features a central park as its focal point, complemented by four additional themed parks – Adventure, Play, Wellness, and Valley – and seven clubhouses. With more than 10 kilometres of tracks, trails, and loops, Athlon offers residents activities such as jogging, cycling, roller-skating, and functional training within the community. Sustainable construction The residences at Athlon comprise 1,492 units ranging from three- to six-bedroom townhouses and villas, designed to optimise natural light and space. Athlon is developed with efficient and low-carbon design principles, supported by locally sourced materials and green construction practices. Athlon has achieved LEED Platinum pre-certification and a 2-star rating from Fitwel. Sales for the first phase of development will commence on May 7, with prices starting from Dhs2.8m.
