The Al Habtoor Group has opened bookings for apartments in its new 73-storey Amna Tower located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal.

It is the third tower in the Residence Collection within Al Habtoor City, and features 537 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses.

The three towers within the one million square foot Residence Collection development – Noora, Amna and Meera – offers a total of 1,460 luxury apartments.

The homes vary in size from one to seven bedrooms, each of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The region’s largest resort-style pool deck, which spans more than 120,000 square feet, is also located here.

The residential community has exclusive access to first-class amenities, which include the largest swimming pool and leisure deck in the UAE, a state-of-the-art gym, two luxury spas, several restaurants and cafés, and a tennis academy too.

There are also three five-star hotels located within the Al Habtoor City complex (the Habtoor Palace Dubai, LXR Hotels & Resorts; The V Hotel Dubai, a Curio Collection; and The Hilton Dubai Al Habtoor City), La Perle, the region’s first permanent aqua show exclusively choreographed for the complex, and The Atrium and the Boulevard dining centres within the complex.

“I am pleased to report that during the pandemic, we have witnessed a healthy demand for real estate within our portfolio, from local and international investors alike,” said Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founding chairman of the Al Habtoor Group.

“Investors trust in the value of Dubai real estate, especially those with a high-quality finish and prime locations. We decided to launch the Amna Tower today to confirm our belief in the Dubai market.”
