Home UAE Dubai Al Habtoor opens booking for new luxury residential tower along banks of Dubai Water Canal The 73-storey Amna Tower features 537 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses by Varun Godinho January 13, 2021 The Al Habtoor Group has opened bookings for apartments in its new 73-storey Amna Tower located on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal. It is the third tower in the Residence Collection within Al Habtoor City, and features 537 luxury units, including four ultra-luxury penthouses. The three towers within the one million square foot Residence Collection development – Noora, Amna and Meera – offers a total of 1,460 luxury apartments. The homes vary in size from one to seven bedrooms, each of which includes an en-suite bathroom. The region’s largest resort-style pool deck, which spans more than 120,000 square feet, is also located here. The residential community has exclusive access to first-class amenities, which include the largest swimming pool and leisure deck in the UAE, a state-of-the-art gym, two luxury spas, several restaurants and cafés, and a tennis academy too.
