AIX Investment Group has announced a 100 per cent acquisition of the PHM AIX Formula 2 and Formula 3 teams.

Under the stewardship of AIX Investment Group, the team will be rebranded as AIX Racing.

AIX Investment Group says that this move aligns with its unwavering commitment to innovation, performance, and global impact.

“This strategic move not only signifies a change in ownership but also represents a renewed dedication to setting new standards of achievement on the track and beyond,” said Morne Reinecke, CEO of We Are The Future at AIX Investment Group and Team Owner of AIX Racing.

Top team

Established by Paul Müller in late 2021, the AIX Racing Team quickly made its mark in 2022 by competing in three Formula 4 Championships. A breakthrough came when Taylor Barnard secured the team’s inaugural victory in F4UAE, signalling the beginning of a successful season with multiple wins and a runner-up spot in the ADAC F4 team standings.

In 2023, PHM Racing ventured into new territories, achieving notable success in FRMEC and Formula Regional Championships, including a historic 1, 2, 3 result in Dubai.
