Dar Global ties up with Trump Organization for luxury resort in Oman

Dar Global, the London-listed arm of Saudi’s Dar Al Arkan, has unveiled a mega-luxury real estate development in partnership with the Trump Organization.

The two developers have launched Trump International Oman at the sprawling AIDA project.

With an investment of $500m, the Trump International Oman is poised to be a landmark in the American developer’s global portfolio and a crown jewel in Oman’s burgeoning real estate landscape.

This new venture, set to open in December 2028, promises to redefine opulent living and hospitality in Oman, said the official release.

AIDA: A vision of opulence and innovation

The Trump International Oman is part of AIDA, one of the largest premium mixed-use developments globally, spanning 3.5 million square metres.

Perched atop a majestic hill over 100 metres high and surrounded by rocky canyons and pristine beaches, AIDA offers breathtaking views and a serene environment.

This development, a joint venture between Dar Global, the Trump Organization, and the Omran Group—the Sultanate of Oman’s executive arm for tourism development—marks a significant milestone in Oman’s real estate evolution.

Exclusive amenities

The Trump International Oman will feature a 140-key, 5-star hotel complex that includes an array of luxurious accommodations. Guests can choose from unique hanging suites, opulent furnished villas, and serviced apartments. All guests will have complimentary access to a private beach, ensuring a seamless blend of luxury and nature.

The resort’s offerings are further enhanced by an 18-hole championship golf course, meticulously designed to challenge and delight golfers of all levels.

Additional amenities include a state-of-the-art training academy and a members-only club, providing a perfect venue for socializing and networking.

The Cliff Hanging Night Club, a first in the Middle East, promises an unforgettable nightlife experience with its spectacular setting and exclusive atmosphere.

The exclusive hanging suites come with private pools and ensuite bedrooms, all framed by floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes.
