ADNH and Marriott will operate the three properties under the banners of JW Marriott and Autograph Collection Hotels effective January 1, 2024. The rebranding of The Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel is expected to redefine luxury in Dubai, “promising an immersive experience that befits each hotel’s unique identity,” ADNH said in a statement. Under the partnership agreement, The Address Dubai Marina is rebranding to JW Marriott Hotel Marina, Vida Downtown Dubai Hotel to Hotel Boulevard, Autograph Collection, and Manzil Downtown Dubai Hotel will now be known as The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection. “The UAE is our largest market in the Middle East and our success in this market stems from our collaborations with world-class owners and developers such as Abu Dhabi National Hotels,” said Jerome Briet, chief development officer, Europe, Middle East & Africa at Marriott International. “With the addition of these hotels, we are excited to further expand our footprint in Dubai where we currently have a portfolio of more than 50 properties.” ADNH said each property will undergo “carefully planned enhancements” to deliver tailored and world-class experiences as part of the rebranding process. Similarly, the Abu Dhabi-listed hospitality group also partnered with Kempinski Hotels to rebrand two former Emaar Hospitality hotels. The hotels include Kempinski The Boulevard Dubai (formerly Address Boulevard) and Kempinski Central Avenue Dubai (formerly The Address Dubai Mall). ADNH takes over Emaar’s iconic hotels Meanwhile, ADNH said it had agreed to transition the management of five hotels from Emaar Hospitality Group on franchise model without disclosing the value of the deal. Emaar Hospitality divested its entire interest in a portfolio of five hotels – Address Boulevard, Address Dubai Mall, Address Dubai Marina, Vida Downtown and Manzil Downtown – in 2018. ADNH said over the past five years hotels, under Emaar Hospitality Group management, have not only achieved commercial success but have set new standards in hospitality excellence. Founded in 1976, ADNH has evolved into a hospitality group that encompasses hotels, restaurants, destination management services, catering, and transportation. It owns some of the most reputable and recognisable hotels in the UAE and beyond including The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal; Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas.
