Shopini has operational presence in the UAE, USA, UK, Turkey and China. The acquisition is in line with Lyve’s $150m acquisition strategy to expand its digital ecosystem and geographical expansion. This acquisition brings together operational synergies with Shopini’s e-commerce solutions and international network, and Lyve’s technology and logistics infrastructure in the region. The combination of Shopini’s first and middle-mile services with Lyve’s solutions completes the entire logistics cycle – driving efficiencies and enhancing execution capabilities and customer reach for Lyve’s e-commerce clients. Lyve continues to evolve, building a digitised ecosystem of complete, end-to-end solutions through all touchpoints – from order acquisition, to order management, payment and delivery.
