Home UAE Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi’s ADNOC sets up new gas processing, operations and marketing entity ADNOC Gas will serve domestic and international customers with an expanding portfolio of gas products by Gulf Business January 10, 2023 Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced the formation of ADNOC Gas, effective January 1, 2023, its new gas processing, operations and marketing company. The company combines the operations, maintenance and marketing of the ADNOC Gas Processing and ADNOC LNG businesses into one consolidated business. The combined scale and capabilities of ADNOC Gas will maximise value and create new opportunities for ADNOC, its partners and the UAE, state news agency WAM reported. As a leading global player with capacity of 10 billion standard cubic feet of gas per day, ADNOC Gas will serve a wider range of domestic and international customers with an expanding portfolio of gas products. Meanwhile, the new business is expected to unlock significant financial and operational opportunities. It will be more agile, better able to respond to changing market demands, and well-positioned to take advantage of strategic opportunities for future growth. This includes the delivery of critical capital growth projects that will increase the company’s gas processing capabilities and its intended growth in LNG. ADNOC Gas will operate eight processing sites both onshore and offshore with a pipeline network of over 3,250km.
