According to a WAM report, the initiative forms part of ongoing efforts to reduce illegal and random parking while optimising traffic flow across key commercial areas. The first phase covers ME9, ME10, ME11 and ME12, focusing on the optimal use of parking spaces and the creation of organised, safe parking areas.
