Abu Dhabi: Bloom Holding’s Cordoba sells out in four hours

Real estate development company, Bloom Holding has announced that Cordoba, the first phase of Bloom Living – its Dhs9bn new, fully-inclusive, integrated community in Abu Dhabi –  sold out within four hours of release onto the market. Prices started at Dhs1.5m, with payment plans offered.

Cordoba is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2024. The first phase, named after the Andalusian city, includes units ranging from two-and three-bedroom townhouses to three- to six- bedroom detached villas.

The company also announced that it will be releasing the second phase of the gated community before the end of the year.

Built over an area of 2.2 million sqm, Bloom Living features a selection of villas, townhouses, and apartments. Located in Zayed City and close to Abu Dhabi International Airport, the community’s architecture features a blend of Spanish design with contemporary finishings.

The development features a town centre, several food and beverage, and retail outlets. The centre will include a healthcare clinic and several other amenities.

The community will have two international schools to meet the needs of families with children.

Bloom Living’s focal point will be a large lake, which will act like a community meeting point, around which residents can walk, run and cycle.
