Abu Dhabi Airport closes Terminal 2

All existing flights will be migrated to Terminal 1

Abu Dhabi International Airport has closed its Terminal 2, it tweeted on Monday.

“As part of our continuous efforts to provide exceptional service to our airline partners and passengers, we are announcing the closure of Terminal 2 and migrating all existing flights to Terminal 1 at AUH” – a tweet by Abu Dhabi Airport read.

The move follows travel bans and flight suspensions in the wake of the Covid-19 spread, that has infected close to 100 people in the UAE, and over 950 in the GCC.
