The partnership will focus on two brands, tashas and the soon-to-launch Cafe Sofi, with a minimum of 10 outlets to open over the next two years. Five locations are already confirmed, including tashas Aljada in Sharjah in December 2025, tashas Al Ain in January 2026, tashas Ras Al Khaimah in March 2026, tashas Nad Al Sheba in February 2026, and Cafe Sofi later in 2026. All outlets will be non-alcoholic. Arada- Tashas partnership key to creating community-centric destinations Arada CEO Ahmed Alkhoshaibi said: “This partnership with Tashas Group reflects our ambition to create vibrant, community-centric destinations where great design, wellness, and hospitality intersect. This partnership enables us to bring both tashas and our new concept, Cafe Sofi, to new locations in the region.” The move comes as UAE’s F&B industry is forecast to grow 18 per cent annually between 2025 and 2030 to Dhs194bn, according to Mordor Intelligence.
