MySyara partners with Mobil, launches UAE’s first cloud garage network

MySyara, a digital car servicing platform, has partnered with Mobil UAE to introduce the UAE’s first cloud garage network.

The move is expected to reimagine auto care in the region by offering enhanced convenience and service transparency through a network of 20 cloud garages to be established by the end of 2025.

The cloud-based system allows customers to book appointments, schedule services and track their vehicle’s maintenance progress – all through the MySyara mobile app.

The new offering, which integrates online and offline services, aims to make car servicing hassle-free, with features like pick-up and drop-off options.

MySyara co-founder, Anser Latheef, highlighted the significance of the partnership, saying, “We’re rethinking traditional car servicing by introducing an innovative approach that meets the evolving needs of today’s consumers.

“Our collaboration with Mobil UAE marks a major milestone in delivering value, transparency, and convenience for car owners across the UAE.”

Philippe Dupin, general manager of Mobil UAE, echoed this sentiment, emphasising the quality and performance of their products, “By combining our premium products with MySyara’s cutting-edge cloud garage system, we are offering customers a superior automotive care experience.”

Since its launch in 2019, MySyara has expanded from a startup offering doorstep car care to a comprehensive automotive service provider.

With its new cloud garage network, the company aims to set a new standard in the UAE’s automotive industry, leveraging technology to improve efficiency and customer service.

The garages will be equipped with modern workshops and highly skilled technicians, ensuring top-tier maintenance for all types of vehicles.
