The announcement signals the start of construction for the 27-storey tower, following the recent completion of marine works on the island, a premier destination featuring private beaches and some of Dubai’s most sought-after residences. Designed by architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature four- and five-bedroom penthouses and a signature eight-bedroom Sky Villa spanning the top three floors. The villa will offer private rooftop gardens, a swimming pool, and extensive outdoor living spaces. Its façade, inspired by the organic movement of coral, is designed to filter light and air, creating a serene and private atmosphere for residents. In addition to the tower’s opulent living spaces, residents will enjoy exclusive access to the adjacent Bvlgari Resort Dubai, including the Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club, landscaped gardens, private beaches and fine dining establishments. The project marks Bvlgari’s third collaboration with Meraas.
